As we transition from fall to winter, we move inward to rest.

I love this time of year. My spa feels so warm and cozy. I love offering a quiet, nurturing space to clients, friends, and family.

I am thankful I get to help you carve out time for self-care. I have appointments available throughout December so please don't hesitate to book now.

Nature is always guiding us; there is less light, all of the leaves have fallen, and gardens are all put to bed. Recognize the completion of another cycle reflected in nature as it moves to quiet and stillness.

I invite you to surrender, let go of what is done and complete, and enjoy what is before you. The harvest is over and the time for rest is here.

Rest, replenish, and enjoy this time of quiet. Your body, mind and soul will be thankful for it.
