Even though it’s the beginning of fall, the garden still has so much to offer! For me the garden is a place of soul nourishment. As I witness and gaze into the overflowing beauty, I cannot help but drink in this exquisiteness.
Every morning, I walk my garden with my tea and gratitude; admiring the flowers in their full bloom watching the changes that occur from spring with small bursts of colour then watching the continual feast of colour changing before me with such grace.
Every day, overflowing joy is right in front of me; I am being gifted their beauty as soul nourishment.
I often feel the flowers smile at me offering themselves in their own ecstasy of simplicity and beingness. Yes just being themselves – trusting, embracing each day with openness and surrendering to life itself. I am grateful for this continual burst of love and glad to let it carry me through the day as a joy vitamin I receive every morning.
