I love making plans and setting goals for the new year. I plant new seeds of dreams and desires and set goals to assist these seeds in their growth. I have a personal list and professional list of seeds I want to plant. I always like to reflect on the past year first and see what seeds I planted that came to fruition. I also notice which ones didn’t blossom. What I notice is that the seeds that blossomed were usually the seeds of dreams, desires and goals that were in alignment with me most. The ones that didn’t blossom usually were desires that I was not yet in alignment with. Sometimes a dream or desire needs time to grow; it may take a few years or more for them to be ready to fully blossom.
Once you plant the seed, take the time to see how you can manifest your desire and what steps you’re taking to do that. I always ask myself if I am making decisions that support my desire or are they taking me farther away?
This month, I invite you to take some time to reflect on what you have planted for the year. Make time to live more consciously and remain in alignment with the path that brings you closer to your dreams and desires – to seeing your seeds grow.
