Letting go with ease this month, I invite you to continue your cleansing and clearing. This meditation is a wonderful way to start the day. By taking deep breaths and bringing consciousness to each breath, you’re nourishing your body – physically and spiritually.
To start, close your eyes and imagine yourself breathing in new life force energy with each breath.
Invite each breath you take in to be nourishment to your being, now with each exhale, visualize a gentle release, let go of whatever weighs on your mind and heart.
As you’re inhaling and exhaling slowly, imagine the spring rains with their cleansing and clearing energy gently moving over your whole body. As it washes over you, it helps you let go. Feel at ease and let yourself go with the flow of the gentle spring rains.
With each inhale, you’re breathing in new life force energy to feed and nourish your every cell and with each exhale, you’re naturally releasing and letting go of the old and the complete.
With love and gratitude in your heart, appreciate the simplicity of the breath of life available to you at every moment – ready to assist you in nourishing your whole being. Feel awe and appreciation for this life and this body that is here now experiencing life. Feel gratitude for the preciousness of our breath and life itself.
